Shipping policy
At Fetch Blanks, we work hard to process and ship your orders efficiently while keeping you informed along the way. All orders ship from our Georgia, USA location using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Processing Times
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom-printed apparel is made to order and typically processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may vary depending on order volume and artwork requirements.
- Depending on the items in your order, products may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.
During high-volume periods, processing times may vary. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will keep you informed.
Dropship Fulfillment
Fetch Blanks offers standard and branded dropshipping options for businesses shipping directly to their customers.
For standard dropshipping, select “Ship directly to your customer” in the cart. Standard dropship orders are sent without pricing, a packing slip, or Fetch Blanks promotional materials.
Enter your customer’s complete delivery address as the shipping address during checkout. You are responsible for confirming that the recipient’s name and address are correct before submitting the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Tracking information is sent to the email address used to place the order. You are responsible for sharing tracking information with the recipient and adding it to your selling platform when applicable.
For standard dropshipping, the shipping label will display “Fulfillment Department” and the shipment’s actual origin address. Standard dropship fulfillment does not include custom packaging, branded inserts, or a customized return address.
Branded dropshipping services are available separately and follow the branding and fulfillment arrangements established for the service.
U.S. Shipping
We offer tiered standard shipping rates for domestic retail orders. Shipping rates are based on your qualifying order subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Qualifying U.S. retail orders of $100 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
Priority Shipping is available for $9.99 and typically arrives within 1–3 business days after your order is handed off to the carrier. Choosing Priority Shipping does not shorten our standard 2–4 business day processing time or the 5–7 business day processing time required for custom-printed apparel.
Wholesale Shipping
Fetch Blanks offers wholesale purchasing to approved business customers. Wholesale access requires an application and approval, and a $150 minimum order applies to wholesale purchases.
Wholesale orders follow a separate shipping rate structure based on order value. Applicable wholesale shipping rates are displayed at checkout for eligible orders.
Retail shipping promotions, including free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, do not apply to wholesale orders.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom (UK).
Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days after your order is handed off to the carrier.
Tracking is included.

All international orders ship from Georgia, USA. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been handed off to the carrier and vary by destination and shipping method. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist.
Postal Holidays & Shipping Closures
Planning ahead? The United States Postal Service (USPS) observes several holidays throughout the year when regular postal services may be unavailable.
Postal holidays and carrier closures may affect package pickup, shipping, and delivery schedules. Please keep these dates in mind when placing time-sensitive orders or arranging dropship deliveries for your customers.

Important Shipping Information: Our standard processing times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed near postal holidays may experience additional processing or delivery time.
UPS and FedEx may follow different holiday schedules than USPS. Carrier availability and delivery services can vary by holiday and location.
