Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Fetch Blanks. The details below explain how to start a return, what’s eligible, who pays for return shipping, and timelines. If anything is unclear, email us at support@fetchblanks.com.


Start a Return

Log in to your account to request a return: /account. From your order page, click Request return.

You can also email support@fetchblanks.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Window: Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • What we cover: Return shipping costs for approved claims.
  • Resolution: Replacement (if available) or refund to the original payment method.
  • Condition: Please keep all packaging and provide clear photos of the item and shipping label/box.

Change-of-Mind / Other Returns (Unused Items Only)

  • Window: Initiate within 14 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).
  • Refund Type: Store credit issued upon inspection. Refunds to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Customized, used, or washed items are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items (All Orders)

  • Used, washed, customized, or customer-damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned outside the stated return windows

Return Process & Timing

  1. Submit your request via /account or email us with photos.
  2. For approved defect/incorrect claims, we’ll issue a prepaid return label.
  3. For customer-paid returns, we’ll provide the return address.
  4. Once received, inspections typically take 2–5 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; store credits are issued as a digital gift card.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For EU returns not due to defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item. If your original item is eligible for return, submit it through /account.
