What's your return policy?
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please start a return within 14 days using our self-serve portal. We’ll cover the return shipping.
Unused, Non-Customized Items
Unused items that have not been customized may be returned for store credit within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on these returns.
Customized Items
Customized or used items are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days.
If your order includes a preorder item (like extended sizes 3X–6X), we’ll wait and ship everything together once it's all ready. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
