Wholesale Policies & Guidelines

Wholesale access is available to approved businesses that submit a completed wholesale application and valid resale documentation, such as a resale certificate or seller’s permit.

Applications are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for accessing your wholesale account.

Fetch Blanks reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke wholesale access when necessary.

Wholesale pricing and B2B checkout settings are available only when you are signed into your approved wholesale account using the email address connected to your company account.

Eligible wholesale pricing, the $150 minimum-order requirement, and wholesale shipping are applied automatically after login.

Orders placed while shopping retail will use retail pricing and retail checkout settings. We cannot retroactively apply wholesale pricing to an order placed before the customer was signed into their approved wholesale account.

If you wish to shop retail instead, use “Log out to shop retail” at the top of the store.

A valid resale certificate, seller’s permit, or other applicable resale documentation is required for wholesale approval.

Customers are responsible for keeping resale documentation current and accurate. If updated documentation is required, Fetch Blanks may request it before processing future wholesale orders.

Wholesale pricing is applied automatically to eligible products for approved wholesale customers.

Not every product receives an additional wholesale discount. Some premium apparel, services, and other products may remain at standard pricing while still being available in the wholesale catalog.

All products in the wholesale catalog, whether wholesale-priced or standard-priced, may be purchased together in the same wholesale order.

Gift cards are not included in the wholesale catalog.

Wholesale pricing and product availability may change without prior notice.

Custom DTF Transfers are available to wholesale customers at standard pricing.

DTF Transfers can be added to the same order as wholesale apparel and count toward the $150 wholesale minimum.

DTF Transfers do not receive an additional wholesale discount unless otherwise stated.

Wholesale orders require a minimum subtotal of $150.

The $150 minimum may be reached using a combination of wholesale-priced and standard-priced products available in the wholesale catalog, including Custom DTF Transfers.

Gift cards cannot be used toward the wholesale minimum.

Wholesale orders use separate shipping rates from retail orders.

Wholesale shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the customer is signed into an approved wholesale account.

Retail free-shipping offers, retail shipping promotions, and retail shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders.

Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Processing and transit times may vary based on order size, inventory availability, destination, and seasonal order volume.

Approved wholesale customers may also shop retail by logging out of their B2B account.

Retail volume discounts apply automatically to eligible retail products. Customers do not have to use the Bulk Ordering collection to receive eligible retail volume discounts.

Bulk Ordering is provided as a convenient way to shop multiple colors and sizes.

Wholesale access is intended for the approved business and its authorized users.

Login credentials should not be shared with unauthorized individuals or unrelated businesses.

Customers are responsible for keeping their business, contact, shipping, and resale information current.

Wholesale orders should use accurate business and shipping information associated with the approved account.

Orders with unusual or inconsistent shipping information may require additional verification before fulfillment.

Fetch Blanks reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if additional verification cannot be completed.

Eligible tax exemptions are applied only when valid resale documentation is on file and the account qualifies for tax-exempt purchasing.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid resale documentation. Applicable sales tax may be charged if required documentation is missing, expired, or no longer valid.

Wholesale orders are subject to Fetch Blanks’ current return, cancellation, and order-issue policies.

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery and contact Fetch Blanks as soon as possible regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.

Customized or made-to-order products, including applicable DTF products, may have additional return or cancellation restrictions.

Fetch Blanks may update wholesale pricing, product availability, minimum-order requirements, shipping rates, eligibility requirements, or these policies as the program evolves.

Continued use of a wholesale account after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the current wholesale terms.
