What's your return policy?
No general returns (most blanks are customized). For damaged/defective/incorrect items, start a return within 14 days via our self-serve portal—we cover return shipping. Unused items may be returned for store credit within 5 days (customer pays return shipping).
When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days.
If your order includes a preorder item (like extended sizes 3X–6X), we’ll wait and ship everything together once it's all ready. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
