Cancellations for Special Purchase Types

This page explains how cancellations and changes work for special purchase types offered by Fetch Blanks.

What We Offer

  • Pre-orders: Yes (for certain items and sizes)
  • Subscriptions: Not currently offered
  • Try-before-you-buy: Not currently offered

Pre-Orders

A pre-order lets you purchase an item that is out of stock or arriving soon. Pre-orders help you reserve inventory for upcoming drops (for example, select sizes or colors) and ensure you’re first in line when stock arrives.

Payment

  • Pre-orders may be collected in full at checkout, or we may collect a deposit and securely store your payment method for the remaining balance.
  • You will be charged for any remaining balance when your pre-order is ready to ship.

Estimated Timelines

  • Estimated ship windows are listed on the product page at the time of purchase and shared via email updates.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together once all items are ready (this helps keep shipping costs lower). If you need split shipping, contact us before fulfillment and we’ll let you know the options and costs.

Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request changes (size, color, shipping address) or cancel a pre-order any time before the order is marked as fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-delivery options.

Delays

  • Occasionally, carrier, supplier, or customs delays can affect pre-order timelines. We’ll communicate any changes by email and update the product page when applicable.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscriptions. If this changes in the future, we’ll update this page with full details on billing, renewals, and cancellation.

Try-Before-You-Buy

We do not currently offer try-before-you-buy. If introduced, this section will include the review window and when charges occur.


How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To change or cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@fetchblanks.com with your order number and request.
