1. Eligibility & Application Process

To access wholesale pricing, you must submit a completed application and provide a valid resale certificate or sales tax permit. Applications are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email with an approval decision and instructions on how to access your wholesale account.

2. Account & Login Requirement

Wholesale pricing is only available to approved customers who are logged in to their account. Once approved, your account will automatically display wholesale prices when logged in. Orders placed without being logged in or from unapproved accounts will not receive wholesale pricing. We cannot provide refunds for orders placed at retail pricing due to not being logged into a wholesale account.

3. Resale Certificate Requirement

A valid resale certificate is required to qualify for tax-exempt purchasing and wholesale approval. This ensures compliance with state and federal laws regarding resale. Please upload your certificate during the application process.

4. Pricing & Program Access

Approved accounts will see wholesale pricing directly on product pages when logged in to the account. Pricing is linked to your account and may not be shared with non-approved buyers. Misuse of wholesale access may result in removal from the program.

5. Order Minimums & Usage

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases is 5 pieces per order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this threshold.

6. Shipping Policy

Wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order to ensure fair and accurate pricing. We do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders, as our wholesale pricing is already deeply discounted to give you the best possible margins. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and the best available rate will be shown at checkout. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

7. Shipping Address Requirement

For security and fraud prevention, all wholesale orders must be shipped to the business address submitted with your application. Orders shipping to alternate addresses may be reviewed or canceled.

8. Sales Tax

Sales tax will not be charged on wholesale orders as long as a valid resale certificate is on file. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their resale certificate remains current and valid.

9. Program Updates & Termination

Fetch Blanks reserves the right to modify or discontinue the wholesale program, pricing, or policies at any time. Accounts that violate wholesale terms may be suspended or permanently revoked without notice.
